This extra special pie is exclusively made using hand-cut, grass fed, organic silverside steak from the Goodwood Estate and is married with a smooth brandy laced, cracked black peppercorn sauce, enriched with organic double cream. This is possibly the most luxurious pie Mud Food's has ever made and recently won the Silver Medal at the prestigious British Pie Awards. We've secured a small volume of this top notch steak from Goodwood and therefore have very limited availability, so don't miss out on sampling this wonderful pie.

How to keep your pie:
Your pie will keep beautifully when refrigerated at less than 5C or frozen at -18C or less until the use by date on the box that your pie arrives in.
How to cook your pie to piefection:
Pre-heat oven to 180C (fan 160C), gas mark 4, remove all packaging and place pie on a preheated baking tray and cook for:
- 25 to 30 minutes from chilled
- 50 to 55 minutes from frozen

We love everything about the pies
Well balanced with just the right amount of pepper make this pie one of the most delicious in the range to my opinion. Tender pieces of delicious beef in a rich peppery seasoned sauce makes this a fine adult dinner ideal with buttery fondant potato and fresh broccoli and carrots. Serious food after a long day.

Absolutely loved the peppered steak pie, just the right amount of pepper. Reminds me of the ones back home in Australia. Wished it was on the permanent menu.
This pie is fantastic, I love your normal steak pie but this one , with the beautiful peppercorn sauce which is my favourite sauce is just fantastic. I would definitely order all the time.
